Anjest Agushi is an associate at Frost & Fire Consulting. He earned an L.L.M. in International Legal Studies from Georgetown University Law Center where he was awarded a merit-based scholarship. He holds a Bachelor of Laws with High Honors from University College “Bedër” in Tirana.

During school, Mr. Agushi focused on international commercial and investment arbitration, as well as the law of the sea, humanitarian law and refugee Law.  In addition to Albanian law, Mr. Agushi has completed coursework in U.S. constitutional law, aviation law, and contracts.

Prior to joining Frost & Fire Consulting, Mr. Agushi served as a judge in the ILSA’s Philip C. Jessup Moot Court Competition and co-organized several international law conferences. He enjoys writing and contributing to the legal profession as an author and educator. To that end, he is preparing a course in ethics in international arbitrations and writing research articles concerning the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards and the ICSID Convention.  At Frost & Fire Consulting Mr. Agushi is involved with matters relating to international trade and investment, tourism, data protection & privacy, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
