Florina Sefa is an Associate with Frost & Fire Consulting.
She has completed her legal studies with excellent results at the University of Tirana, where she completed a Master of Science in Criminal Law. Ms. Sefa is admitted to practice in Albania and is a member of the Albanian Bar Association.
Career
Prior to joining Frost & Fire Consulting, Ms. Sefa has worked as a notary assistant, where she was mainly involved in drafting various civil contracts, regarding the transfer of immovable properties, drafting and notarization of various documents of a commercial nature, including deeds of establishment, articles of association and decisions of the governing bodies of companies and various agreements between businesses.
Also, Ms. Sefa had over one year of experience as a lawyer in a construction company, which has given her the opportunity to get acquainted with current legal issues in the area of construction. She had been engaged in internal organizational issues of the company, drafting enterprise contracts and cooperation contracts with other construction companies (domestic and international). Part of her commitments was the coordination of relations between the construction company and public administration bodies as well as the representation of the company in court proceedings.
At Frost & Fire Consulting, Ms. Sefa is focused on construction legislation, concessions/ PPP and intellectual property. Her tasks include drafting enterprise contracts, addressing various legal aspects related to concessions/ PPP, representing clients for national and international registration of trademarks and industrial designs, representing clients on migration issues, and providing legal advice regarding the establishment and operation of national and international non-profit organizations.
Some of the areas of interest of Ms. Sefa are commercial law, intellectual property and criminal law. She has participated in trainings related to companies, intellectual property and cybercrime regarding European Union legislation.
