pro bono - a way of giving back

At Frost & Fire Consulting, we fully recognize that no matter how perfect of an environment we may try to create within our confined walls, we do not live in an island but within the society of a developing country that has many needs, not all of which can be fulfilled by the government or through paid services. That is why all of our members have a long and storied pro bono contribution to charitable, not-for-profit, and civic initiatives, including the following:

  • Serving on the board of the Ivanaj Foundations and assisting with all of their legal needs;
  • Spearheading, organizing and sponsoring the Elsa Negotiation Competition, the first and only negotiation competition between the various law schools in Albania, where students get to practice and learn about real life skills that they will use in their profession. In addition to monetary and other prizes, the top performers of this competition are invited for internships and/or regular positions with the firm;
  • Serving as trustee, general counsel and interim president of the American University of Kosovo Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting the not-for-profit American University in Kosovo;
  • Serving on the executive committee of the Albanian Basketball Federation;
  • Serving on the executive committee of the Albanian Karate Federation;
