Reshard Këlliçi is a partner in Frost & Fire Consulting’s corporate department. Mr. Këlliçi works on deals across industries, locally and internationally, with a focus in the field of energy and natural resources law.

During his time at Hogan Lovells and Frost & Fire Consulting, Mr. Këlliçi has been part of globally leading practices and advisory groups in several sectors. Mr. Këlliçi has had the opportunity to represent some of the largest developers in the world, helping them finance and develop diverse portfolios of energy and infrastructure projects, with a special focus on renewable energy. Mr. Këlliçi has managed billions of dollars of mergers and acquisitions transactions, across a variety of sectors and in several countries.  Representative clients of Mr. Këlliçi’s practice include General Electric, SunEdison, SolarCity, Tradewind Energy, Enel, Dominion Energy, Covanta Energy, Constellation Energy Group, Ecosystem Investment Partners, ContourGlobal, Venture Global LNG, EDP Renewables, UGI Corporation, Fulcrum Energy, Credit Suisse, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Gener 2, Energy Development Group, Albgaz and governmental agencies and institutions in Albania and the United States.

Mr. Këlliçi was born in Tirana, Albania and completed his secondary, post-secondary and professional education in the United States. In 2013, Mr. Këlliçi earned his Juris Doctor (magna cum laude, Order of the Coif) from the University of Maryland School of Law. Prior to law school, Mr. Këlliçi completed a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice (magna cum laude), and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics (summa cum laude), at the University of Maryland.

During law school, Mr. Këlliçi served as an editor for both the Maryland Law Review and the Maryland Business Law Development Journal. He was a teaching fellow for the Maryland Law Academic Achievement Program and participated in numerous Baltimore city mentoring programs providing underprivileged students with access and support in post-secondary education. Mr. Këlliçi has a passion for mentoring startups, serving non-profit organizations and helping Albanian students prepare for professional life after graduation. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Harry T. Fultz Institute as well as of the American Chamber of Commerce in Albania.
