As Frost & Fire Consulting’s Finance & Administrative Manager, Ms. Hoxha ensures that administrative and financial matters of the firm run smoothly.

Prior to joining Frost & Fire Consulting Ms. Hoxha worked in the public and private sector, as well as with international organizations. She was as a Counterparty Coordinator in a twinning project, funded by the European Union (EU), concerning the Albanian and the Italian Civil Aviation Authority. Simultaneously, she served as an inspector at the Albanian Civil Aviation Authority in the Department of Air Safety. Her responsibilities included identifying and analyzing the national framework for air safety, monitoring the implementation of the framework, ensuring frictionless achievement of framework objectives, inspecting air carrier implementation of safety management systems, and ensuring compliance with the Acquis Communautaire and EU safety standards.

Ms. Hoxha has significant private sector experience, including work for multinational companies such as Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG. At Heidelberger Druckmaschinen she prepared budgets, analyzed funding sources, prepared periodic financial reports, arranged monthly payroll, and ensured record keeping met applicable legal requirements.
