As part of our efforts to select and hire the best talent, Frost & Fire Consulting in cooperation with ELSA Albania, spearheaded and organizes the Elsa Negotiation Competition, the first and only negotiation competition between the various law schools in Albania. In addition to monetary and other prizes, the top performers of this competition are invited for internships and/or regular positions with the firm. The first such competition took place in May-June 2023.
