Griselda Shehu is an Associate with Frost & Fire Consulting. She graduated from the University of Tirana with a Bachelor of Law and a Master Degree in Civil Law, achieving excellent academic results. During her studies, she was involved in various projects and organizations, including being part of the faculty’s team at the 26th Annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna and volunteering for AIESEC.

Upon graduation, Ms. Shehu worked at the Albanian National Environment Agency as an Appeals Inspector, where she reviewed and adjudicated administrative appeals and monitored the enforcement of financial obligations. During this time, she was also a scholarship holder at the European Forum Alpbach, a prestigious interdisciplinary forum discussing innovative ideas and the future of Europe, as well as in European Solidarity Corps projects.

Prior to joining Frost & Fire Consulting, Ms. Shehu completed her L.L.M with a Certificate in Environmental & Energy Law from Duke University School of Law, where she also worked as a Student Attorney at the Duke Environmental Law & Policy Clinic. At Frost & Fire Consulting, Ms. Shehu continues to rely on her background and passion in administrative and environmental law by focusing on projects in the energy and environmental sector, in addition to her work in general business law.
