infrastructure and construction
In trying to catch up with the more developed countries in Europe, Albania has been engulfed by a stream of constant investments in the infrastructure sector, with local Albanian investors financing more than 80 percent of the total value of construction, primarily composed of investments in the housing market. While the rest of the projects have been primarily public investments in the road network, there have also been private initiatives that have sought to capitalize on the desire of business owners to have better access on raw products that serve their manufacturing or trading needs.
The members of our firm have been involved in various stages with a variety of such initiatives for a broad range of clients, including the building of terminals for storage of hydrocarbons in Vlora and Porto Romano, construction of power substations for the electric energy distribution, construction of power lines, construction of gas pipelines, construction of water sewage disposal systems in the region, etc. We have the internal resources and horizontal capacities to help you with any of your infrastructure-related projects at all stages of your journey, be that planning, negotiation, licensing, environmental impact, as well as implementation processes and quality controls.
