Leonardo Bezhi serves as a Legal Assistant at Frost & Fire Consulting and is currently in his fifth year of law studies at Epoka University. He has built a strong academic foundation in corporate law and international arbitration, representing Epoka University as an oralist at the prestigious Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna.

Leonardo’s exceptional negotiation skills were recently recognized when he earned first place and the Best Negotiator Award at the 2025 ELSA Albania Negotiation Competition organized by Frost & Fire Consulting and ELSA. His academic achievements are complemented by hands-on experience gained through internships and volunteer work in both public institutions and the private sector.

Beyond his legal practice, Leonardo is an active advocate for human rights. He represented Albania at the United Nations Universal Periodic Review and collaborated with Save the Children International, promoting children’s rights at national and international levels.
